Robuster, rotstieliger Mangold

Feiner, rotstieliger Mangold. Die Stiele bleiben auch nach dem Kochen rot. Sehr dekorativ sind die jung geernteten Blätter als Garnitur im Salat. Mangold kann mehrmals beerntet werden, dazu sollten aber immer 2/3 der Blätter verbleiben. Verwendbar sowohl als Blatt- und Stielmangold.

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt von Juni bis November etwa 8 Wochen nach Aussaat
  • Portion reicht für etwa : 100 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 17 Gramm

Aussaat ab März bis August ins Freiland, 2-3 Korn im Abstand 30 x 40 cm ablegen.

Vorkultur im Haus und Pflanzung sind ebenfalls möglich. Mangold benötigt eine gute Nährstoffversorgung.
