Bewährter, zarter Stangensellerie

Beliebtes Gemüse zum Dippen, für Salate oder gedünstete Beilagen. Tall Utah wächst robust und gesund. Die frischgrünen, attraktiven Stangen haben einen mildwürzigen, dezenten und aromatischen Geschmack.

  • Apium graveolens
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Mitte August bis zum Frost
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt ca. 30 x 30 cm
  • Portion reicht für etwa : 200 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 0,3 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt von März bis Mai bei 18-20 ° C im Haus durch Vorkultur. Die Sämlinge pikieren und nicht vor den letzten Spätfrösten auspflanzen

Stangensellerie verträgt sich in der Kultur besonders gut mit Salat, Gurken und Kohl
